Shipping
At Inmarcesible, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times may vary depending on location:
- Puerto Rico: 2–7 business days
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International shipping times vary by destination.
Please note that delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.
Returns
We want you to love your pieces.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- Earrings are final sale due to hygiene reasons
Once your return is approved and received, we will issue store credit or a refund according to our policy.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
